It was founded in 1925, and hasMore been a place for its members to socialize, discuss literature, arts, and music,and work to help the community.  The clubhouse is a large, white building with tall columns and floor-to-ceiling windows in the central corridor.

The Eastchester Public Library, which opened in 1947, is a member of the Westchester Library System and is governedMore by a seven-member board of trustees appointed by the Town Board. The library features fiction, literature, mystery, history, reference books and a large-print book collection, as well as videos, DVDs, CDs, audio books called "play aways," Blu-ray movies and Kobo ebook readers.</p> <p>There are five computers with Internet access, one for online catalogue access and two that are equipped with Microsoft office.</p> <p>Eastchester residents with a library card are eligible to receive free passes for Manhattan museums such as the Guggenheim, Children's Museum of Manhattan and the Museum of Natural History.</p> <p>Tracy Wright is the current library director.</p>

The Reformed Church Nursery School is nursery school for toddlers ages 2 to 5. The curriculum emphasizes basicMore educational requirements, such as mathematics, science and literature, with artistic pursuits like writing, art, music and cooking. Students are encouraged to express themselves and foster their own creativity, as well as respecting their fellow classmates and learning to get along with one another and settle disagreements respectfully. Children also are taught valuable social and emotional skills, are assisted with their mental and physical development and are offered play times and nap times in between the day. The school offers an orientation program to welcome the families of new students and school visits in September for parents interested in enrolling their child at the school.
