Consistently good whether enjoying one of my favorites on their menu (like the Colorado Lamb Chops) or the new way they prepare the hanger steak. my problem with Underhills Crossing Restaurant is that I love everything on the menu, add the yummy specials of the day and I have a hard time selecting and then I want to save room for dessert. Excellent food, friendly knowledgeable staff and the decor is lovely.
