PhatBurn is committed to helping individuals achieve goals and get lean. The trainers combine three main ingredients that include nutrition, meal plan and fitness into an all inclusive 60 day program. Individuals are pushed to the limit for one hour, 5 days a week. The chef at PhatBurn prepares 5 meals a day, daily, for the entire 8 weeks. A nutritionist is also available to measure body composition bi-weekly to monitor all progress. The program helps participants to lose pounds of body fat as well as learn proper work out techniques and smart eating habits to stay lean even after the program ends.
