A library tag sale, a charity walk to end hunger and a wellness exposition are among the fun events in and around Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe this weekend. And don’t forget to turn back your clocks on Sunday.

1.) The Friends of the Eastchester Public Library Tag Sale: The tag sale, to benefit the library, will run from Friday through Monday. Items expected to be on sale include clothing, toys, games, puzzles, dishes, sports equipment, jewelry, small electric appliances, and lamps. The hours for the event are Friday and Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Sunday 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and Monday 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Call the library at (914) 793-5055 for more information. 2.) The Third Annual Walk to Feed the Hungry in NYC: The Saturday event in Riverside Park in New York City is hosted by Buddhist Global Relief (BGR), a non-profit hunger relief organization. In addition to Buddhists, interfaith clergy, secular colleagues, and all variety of friends and family are invited to walk. The start will take place on the North Lawn of Riverside Park (enter at W. 79th or W. 80th St. and Riverside Dr.), and will end at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 213 W. 82nd St. The walk starts at 10 a.m., but registration starts at 9 a.m. For more information and to register for the  walk, visit http://www.firstgiving.com/BuddhistGlobalRelief/new-york


3.) Awaken Wellness Fair: One of the largest wellness expo’s in the Tri-State area, the Awaken Wellness Fair on Sunday will boast over 100 exhibitors offering services to over 1,000 attendees. The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel in Tarrytown, 455 South Broadway. For more information, visit www.awakenfair.com.
