- 'Create Your Weight' Program at Lawrence Hospital Center: Create Your Weight is a 10-week, multifaceted adult weight management program that is scientifically based. The class is taught by Registered Dietitian Katie Campbell who focuses on the three most important aspects for long term, successful weight loss: education, physical activity and behavior change. The class will meet every Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Lawrence Hospital Center.
