Compared to the same period one year ago, the median home sales price increased 12.3%, or $24,525, and the number of home sales decreased 60%. 

There are currently 91 resale and new homes in Pawcatuck on Trulia, including 6 open houses, as well as 4 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process. 

The average listing price for homes for sale in Pawcatuck CT was $437,189 for the week ending Mar 12, which represents an increase of 5.2%, or $21,492, compared to the prior week.
