MTA, Please clean the snow and ice off the Stairs!!!

On my way to work today, I could not believe the conditions of the stairs leading to the train platforms.

Snow and ice everywhere. Residents had to hold on to the hand rails to avoid falling and getting severely injured.

I personally saw some elderly and young folks alike falling down the stairs. The MTA did not shovel off the stairs in a manner acceptable to safe practices. We deserve better.

In the last storm, it was the same. No one shoveling the stairs after several days. Accordingly, MTA can not say that they were going to get to it a bit later.

Please wake up and start doing those things that you know you should be doing.
