The Class C Bronxville football team hosted Class A’s Pearl River and the Broncos showed they could play with anybody as they The Tuckahoe football team won in a shoot out while Eastchester lost on the road. Tuckahoe and Bronxville soccer both enjoyed victories over the weekend as did the Bronco field hockey squad.

Game: Pearl River @ Bronxville

Score: 

Highlights: Led by Christian Conway’s 219 yards on the ground Bronxville won at home in a battle of two previously unbeaten teams. Conway had 2 touchdowns as Max Boyd, Jackson Conway and Luke Marrone also added scores for the Broncos.

Sport: Football

Game: Pawling @ Tuckahoe

Score:  Tuckahoe Won 46-44

Highlights: Tuckahoe finished the season on a high note as the Tigers outlasted Pawling. Nick Reisman had three touchdowns while Kayvon Reid found the end zone twice in the victory.

Game: Eastchester @ Somers

Score:  Somers Won 28-14

Highlights: Stefano Bicknese led the way for the Tuskers as Somers closed the season out with a win. Bicknese had 2 touchdowns on 98 yards rushing. Greg DiCarlo had 187 yards rushing and 2 scores in the loss, Dicarlo also threw for 55 yards with 2 interceptions.

Game: John Jay @ Bronxville

Score:  Bronxville Won 1-0

Highlights: Gretchen Richter’s 2nd half goal was all it took for the Broncos to cruise to another home victory. In the win Katie Knox had 2 saves.

Sport: Boy’s Soccer

Game: Tuckahoe @ Woodlands

Score:  Woodlands Won 1-0

Highlights: Tuckahoe fell on the road as Woodlands got a first half goal from Marquis Berry off of a Franciso Vazquez assist. In the loss Brian Sans had 9 assists.

Sport: Girl’s Soccer

Game: Yonkers @ Tuckahoe

Score:  Tuckahoe Won 2-0

Highlights: Alessia Conte and Alessandra Cirillo each found the back of the net for the Tigers while Abby Stupple had 13 saves in goal.

• In field hockey, Bronxville heads to Edgemont at 4:15 p.m.
• In girl’s swimming, Bronxville and Sleepy Hollow will face off at Marymount College at 4:30 p.m.
• In girl’s soccer, Edgemont will head to Eastchester at 4:30 p.m.
• In girl’s soccer, Tuckahoe heads to Mount Vernon at 4:15 p.m.
• In volleyball, Tuckahoe will visit Yonkers at 4:15 p.m.
