Due to the on going renovations in the Bronxville gymnasium last night’s junior varsity basketball games have been postponed. The boys and girls varsity teams played there games at Irvington High School.

Like most athletic programs the Bronco basketball teams are off for holiday break right now. The boys varsity and JV teams will be back in action on Jan. 4 as Bronxville hosts Woodlands. Assuming the court is ready to go the JV game will begin at 4:15 and the varsity game will tip off at 6 p.m.
The girls varsity team isn’t scheduled to play at home until Jan. 9 when the Broncos will host Rye Neck.

Sport: Ice Hockey (Tuesday)
Game: ETB vs. Rye Town/Harrison
Score: ETB Won 6-5 (OT)
Highlights: ETB roared back from a 5-2 deficit to steal a win from the Titans behind a gargantuan effort from Dean Braccucci who picked up three goals in the win.
Sport: Girls Basketball (Tuesday)
Game: Pelham vs. Eastchester
Score: Pelham Won 39-19
Highlights: Pelham’s Vittoria Volpe led all scorers with 10 points in the game. Gabrielle Pinto had six points in the loss.
Sport: Boys Basketball
Game: Bronxville vs. Irvington
Score: Bronxville Won 50-37
Highlights: Bronxville spread the ball around to everyone as Luke Marrone led the Broncos with 10 points. Kevin Reich and David Rhee had eight points each. Ivington’s top scorer was Ryan O’Donnell with 10.
Sport: Girls Basketball
Game: Bronxville vs. Irvington
Score: Irvington Won 67-28
Highlights: Irvington’s Alexis Martins led the way with 15 points in the win. Grace Devlin had 15 in the loss.
Sport: Boys Basketball
Game: Lincoln vs. Eastchester
Score: Eastchester Won 71-52
Highlights: Dave Solano turned in another great scoring effort as he picked up 33 points in the win, teammate Jack Daly wasn’t very far behind with 24. Gabriel Arrendell had 14 points in the loss.

In Girls Basketball, Sleepy Hollow heads to Eastchester at 4:45 p.m.
In Ice Hockey, Irvington/Sleepy Hollow and ETB face off at the Ice Hutch at 8 p.m.
