Bronxville running phenomenon Mary Cain is being featured in Sports Illustrated. The 17-year-old superstar is garnering national attention for continually breaking records at a number of competitions this year.
Cain recently qualified to represent Team USA at the world championships in Moscow in August. The Bronxville sports star is the youngest American athlete to make a worlds team.
"You never know where you're going to be years from now," Cain told Sports Illustrated's Tim Layden. "I have the greatest support team -- coaches, parents, teammates -- so I can still be around years from now. But it's nice to get on that team when you're running good."
