Students and teachers will have time to catch their breath and re-group in the wake of Hurricane Sandy as the Tuckahoe School District announced today that all classes and athletic events have been cancelled for Thursday and Friday Nov. 1 - 2.
Students could be seen along Main St. in Tuckahoe gleefully celebrating when they received the news and school officials hope to resume classes on Monday.
