  • All preparations are being completed today by 5 PM.  Over 90% of the contents of the first floor of the building were removed over the last two days, either trucked off the campus or moved to higher floors of the complex.
  • Sandbags have been deployed both inside and outside of the building.  There will be a flood watch crew in the building overnight in case of an emergency, due to water penetration or a loss of electrical service.

The District is as ready as it can be to protect the campus, and we can say that most of the contents of the building are safe.  Nevertheless, if we flood there will be much to be done to cleanup the water and any damage.

Please stay away from the school grounds.  Do not use the playgroud or parking lot.  Do not come onto the property if there are flood waters.  Be safe and we will all hope for the best.
