Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino is expected to release his budget proposal for 2014 today at 11 a.m., inside the Michaelian Office Building in White Plains.

Check back later today for details on Astorino's latest spending plan. The Michaelian Office Building is located at 148 Martine Ave.
