New Power Outages Reported in Bronxville

Village Mayor Mary Marvin and Chief of Police Christopher Satriale address residents who have lost power because of today's Nor'easter.

 

The following alert was issued by the Village of Bronxville regarding today's Nor'easter

Unfortunately we have become aware of new power outages resulting from the current weather conditions.

Con edison has advised us that their restoration crews are not permitted to make any repairs to resolve these new outages until weather conditions improve. 

Each and every homeowner must report their new outage to con ed at 1-800-75-coned.

Any new downed wires or transformer issues should be reported via 911 immediately. 

We have requested con ed crews to be dispatched to the village once the weather permits repair work to commence.

Repairs will once again be prioritized by con ed with restoration to hospitals, police and fire, schools, then easily corrected outages and then outages that affect the largest customer base.
