Eastchester's Board of Fire Commissioners election is today. The candidates are Scarsdale resident Steven Baker, Eastchester resident John Palazzolo and Scarsdale resident Raymond Albanese.
The Board of Fire Commissioners governs the Fire District and, according to the town website, "are responsible for general administration; the appointment of department personnel (paid and volunteer), physician, attorney and secretary (salaried positions), and the preparation and adoption of the annual Fire District budget after a public hearing." The board meets monthly, except for July and August.

- Eastchester Town Hall, 40 Mill Road - Districts: 6, 7, 8, 9, 24, 25, 26, 28, 30, 37, 38 & 39
- LeRoy Gregory Post # 979, 40 Bell Rd, behind Equinox Gym, Eastchester Districts: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 23, 27, 29, 34 & 36
- Union Corners Fire Station, 10 Oregon Avenue Districts: 15, 31, & 35
TUCKAHOE:
- Tuckahoe Community Center, 71 Columbus Ave, Tuckahoe Districts: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 32 & 33
BRONXVILLE:
- Bronxville Village Hall, 200 Pondfield Rd. Districts: 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 & 22 (All Bronxville Village)
