We all remember those dramatic scenes from the NBC show ER where a fight would break out or even worse, someone was attacked by an unruly patient.
Last week, a similar scene broke out at the Emergency Room of when Bronxville Police Officer Wilson Valentin arrested Gene Condina, a 53 year-old resident of Yonkers.
Charged with harassment in the second degree, it is alleged that Condina struck an emergency room physician in the face and further alleged that Condina was abusive to the staff and "caused a disturbance with an expletive-filled rant" according to Bronxville PD.
The defendant was transported to police headquarters and was released after posting $100 bail. He is due for arraignment in the Bronxville Justice Court on Feb.1.
