While working on a loading dock in midtown Manhattan on the morning of Friday Aug. 24, Tuckahoe resident Brian Dillon alerted the NYPD to a man he saw in a suit, that had just, "shot another man in the head," in Dillion's words as reported by Newsday.
Dillon followed Johnson until he spotted a police car and then shouted out, "get the guy in the gray suit! He just murdered somebody!" according to Huffington Post.
