Police: Drunk Eastchester Teen Smashes Into Cars

The teen is set to appear in Town Court tomorrow.

A drunk Eastchester teen smashed into two vehicles over the weekend, according to police in a report on lohud. The crash, which no one was hurt in, happened on Mill Road around 11 p.m. on Sunday.  Investigators say the 17-year-old, who is charged with DWI, failed a breathalyzer test.

The Eastchester teen hit a snow remover and then a car that was waiting for a stop light. When police got to the scene, they say they smelled alcohol on the teen's breath. Investigators also say they found a can of beer in the 17-year-old's car.
