A 71-year-old Eastchester resident was charged with public lewdness, a misdemeanor, after an incident in a public parking lot in Mahopac.
According to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office:
At about 10:25PM on June 29, 2013, undercover deputies assigned to the Sheriff’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit observed a man sitting in a parked vehicle at the parking lot of the CVS Pharmacy, located at Route 6 and East Lake Blvd. in Mahopac.

As a woman walked through the parking lot, the man, completely naked, exited his car. He was then observed by the deputies masturbating as he followed the female.
The deputies stopped the man and arrested him.

He was released without bail pending a future court appearance in the Town of Carmel Justice Court. If convicted he could be sentenced to up to three months in the Putnam County Correctional Facility.
