While traveling down Pondfield Rd., 25 year-old Ashley Golden of the Bronx was observed by Bronxville Police Sergeant Anthony Deleo making an illegal u-turn on Pondfield Rd.
After being stopped, a driver's license inquiry showed that Golden's license was revoked on Oct. 21, 2010 for driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08%.
Golden was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and released on $250 bail pending her next court appearance.
Her 2004 Honda CRV was also impounded.
