Eastchester Native Gets Life in Prison

Ex-NFL player and class of 1984 graduate from Eastchester High School Eric Andrew Naposki has been sentenced in California to life in prison for murdering his lover’s wealthy live-in boyfriend nearly two decades ago.


An Orange County California Superior Court judge sentenced Eric Andrew Naposki to life in prison last week for the murder of William Francis McLaughlin, which came according to prosecutors at the suggestion of his lover, Nanette Ann Packard.

Naposki was a linebacker for the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts over his NFL career and prior to that, attended and Yonkers High School before graduating from in 1984.

More recently, Naposki opened a gym and ran a personal training business here in Westchester County.
