Eastchester Firefighter Joins Reading Celebration at Anne Hutchinson School
Community members meet with students as part of annual "Read Aloud" program.
Eastchester Fire Department's Lt. Tom Pintavalle read Caps for Sale, the 1938 classic children's book by Esphyr Slobodkina, to students at Eastchester's Anne Hutchinson School as part of the school's annual Read Aloud program.
It's a celebration of reading during the month of March, National Reading Month. Community members and educators are invited to read a favorite book to classes in grades 2-5.
