Topping the agenda of this month's regular meeting of the Eastchester Board of Fire Commissioners is discussion of litigation and personnel matters.
The commissioners will go into executive session right away to confer with the board's lawyer.
Once they're back in public session, there will be a report on the status of the reconstruction of Station No. 5.
The meeting starts at 8 p.m. Aug. 8; the public session is expected to take place at 9 p.m. The location: Firehouse No. 1, 255 Main St.
