The Bronxville Therapist accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old boy is denying the charges against him, according to his attorney. 57-year-old Mark Bernardini is also accused of fondling the breast of 16-year-old girl, in addition to allegedly abusing the 12-year-old boy.

Bernardini is currently in jail and charged with misdemeanor forcible touching in connection with the alleged incident involving the 16-year-old girl. That alleged incident happened at his North Salem office.

Bernardini is also charged with a first-degree criminal sexual act, which is a felony, in connection with the alleged incident involving the 12-year-old boy. That alleged incident happened at his Bronxville office. The 57-year-old is due back in court today in connection with that case. He faces a maximum of 25 years in prison if he is found guilty.

"The victim immediately cried out to his family after the session and they immediately contacted the Bronxville police," according to Westchester D.A. Spokesperson Lucian Chalfen.

Bernardini appeared in Town of North Salem Court on Monday in connection with the case involving the 16-year-old. He is due back in court on July 29 in connection with that misdemeanor case.
