Bronxville Police to Receive New Uniforms

The Bronxville Police Department is preparing to order new uniforms, according to Chief Christopher Satriale.

In a legal notice recently posted on the village’s website, the department states that it will open sealed bids for the new uniforms on Dec. 13. The proposals will be opened at 1 p.m. in the Village Clerk’s office in Village Hall, located at 200 Pondfield Road in Bronxville.

Such purchases are made periodically to replace worn out uniforms, and the department could possibly order the new ones in the near future soon after the bids are opened. However, the department reserves the right to reject any and all bids without comment.
