The Chapel School Choir Sing at Wartburg

The Chapel School Choir Sing at Wartburg

On Friday May 16th The Chapel School Choir sang for local seniors at The Wartburg Adult Care Community in Mount Vernon, NY. The Wartburg offers integrated, comprehensive senior care services. They provide a wide range of services to both residents and people in their own homes. The choir, led by Chapel School music teacher Mr. George Heath, delighted the audience with their performance. They sang seven songs including, “Siya Hambe”, “Christ is with Me,” and “The Lord Bless You and Keep You.”  The audience greatly enjoyed hearing the children sing.  “We are so happy they were able to bring a little bit of sunshine on this gray and dreary day,” commented one listener.
