Rye Cop Franco Compagnone Arrested in Eastchester

This alleged attack took place after at least three other complaints against Compagnone were filed but not being credibly investigated by Bill Connors and the Rye Police Department.

I believe Connors not taking action on the other complaints filed against Compagnone enabled and empowered him.
