Polar Vortex...AGAIN?! Frozen Pipes everywhere!

We have been cleaning water out of home and businesses for nearly two weeks.  That's after the first "Vortex" this month that brought freezing temps.  Try to insulate pipes, drip cold water from an upstairs faucet and open cabinets under sinks to warm pipes, esp. under windows, next to exterior walls.
