Eliza Corwin Frost Child Center Hosts Spring Fling!

Last weekend, the Eliza Corwin Frost Child Center hosted it's annual Spring Fling at Christ Church Bronxville. The church grounds were transformed into a fair including a petting zoo, arts and crafts, face painting, a live children's band and a bouncy castle. Parents, teachers and staff volunteered their time hosting booths, handing out snacks and dancing!
Frost students and siblings visited with animals from Two by Two Zoo, an educational traveling zoo informing the public about endangered species. Children met Two by Two's lemurs, baby chicks, alligator, baby kangaroo, tortoise and hare. The baby kangaroo was a big hit to adults and children alike!
Teachers ran booths for children of all ages inside the church. Families created sand art, planted seeds, beaded necklaces, decorated hats and more. Students showed siblings their classrooms in between bouncing in the blow up castle and enjoying snacks from Park Place.
This annual event begins the wrapping up of the school year and kick-off for summer vacation. Many thanks to Eliza Corwin Frost's Child Center's Parents' Committee for organizing such a fantastic event!
The Eliza Corwin Frost Child Center is a day program for children ages two through pre-k dedicated to meeting the needs of children and their families. ECFCC provides each child with a strong foundation of social, emotional, physical and intellectual development incorporating a dynamic partnership with parents and the community.
