Deacon Training Session: Christian Service and Care - A study designed to provide the student with the knowledge, skill and desire to assist and work with the pastor in reaching out in love to the hurting; learning to “carry each other’s burden and so fulfill the law of Christ”. Instructor: Rev. Robert Carter. PRAYER SERVICES are being held regularly on the last Saturday of the month. Beginning at 6:30 p.m. (Following the regular Saturday service), these brief moments for meditation and prayer offer personal prayers at the altar and the ancient tradition of anointing with oil.
