We finally made it over to the carnival at in Tuckahoe yesterday afternoon, only to be met with a massive downpour and thunder that sent crowds scrambling for shelter, and shut down the rides, if only for a short while.
When the clouds parted, a rainbow appeared in the east, while only a few souls remained, giving us the opportunity to photograph the place nearly barren.
