Tuckahoe Library Hosts Probate Information Forum Nov. 1

Learn about the state's probate system from an elder law expert.

From the Tuckahoe Library:

“To Probate or Not to Probate” is the topic of a Senior Law Program on Friday, Nov. 1 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Tuckahoe Public Library, 71 Columbus Ave., Tuckahoe.

The event, which is free, is presented by the Westchester Public/Private Partnership for Aging Services and the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services.

Salvatore M. DiCostanzo, Esq., a partner with McMillan, Constabile, Maker & Perone, LLP, in Larchmont, will lead the session. DiCostanzo is also an accountant, and his main areas of practice include elder law, trusts and estates and tax law. He is immediate past chair of the elder law committee of the Westchester County Bar Association and is a current member of the executive committee of the elder law section of the New York State Bar Association. DiCostanzo is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
