The following is an announcement from The Volunteer Center of United Way:

Dear Neighbor,

Once again, The Volunteer Center of United Way  and Westchester County call on those who live and work in Westchester to use volunteer service as a way to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

On Saturday, January 18, 2014, people from all walks of life will gather together through volunteer projects throughout Westchester. Join hundreds of volunteers to help address pressing issues like hunger, poverty, environmental justice and health education through service to seniors, youth, the disabled, veterans and victims of domestic violence.
