Spring Has Sprung At The Bronxville Adult School

Many different classes are being offered beginning in March for those adults looking to learn a few new tricks and ideas to their lives.

 

The Spring catalog has arrived, bringing those first welcome hints of a new season and in honor of the new season, there are many brand new courses this semester for everyone to enjoy.

If you will be hosting a first communion, graduation or wedding celebration this spring, or even if you’d just like to make your dinner table a little more stylish, one class that may be of interest is Showstopping Tablesettings and Centerpieces, hosted by the pros from Bronxville’s assisted by .

Perhaps you’d like to know what the rest of the year has in store for you? Bring a friend for a night of adventure and fun with Tarot Readings and find out.  A well-known tarot expert will explain the mystery of tarot and give everyone a personal reading.

If your idea of fun revolves around food and wine, the Adult School has much to offer.  Fans of Greek cuisine have raved about Bronxville’s since it opened, and you can try a sampler of their delicious Mediterranean cuisine during the Festive Greek evening.

The gourmet bakers from another neighborhood favorite, , will wow you with their prowess as they teach you their secrets in Cookie Chic.  Sign up soon - their fall cupcake class was a sellout.

Wine and food are both on the menu for a night of Viva El Vino.  Explore the unique vineyards of Chile and Argentina with local experts from , accompanied by hors d’oeuvres from .

New fitness classes may also fulfill that need for spring renewal. From Beginner to Marathon focuses on both the techniques and the fun of running while Intro to Weight-Lifting gives you an effective and personalized gym workout. Of course, longtime favorites yoga, Pilates, Zumba and G Fit are always available.

All these, plus classes in Bridge, Languages, Music and Dance, Technology and more, are scheduled weekdays, weeknights and weekends at the Bronxville Adult School.
