The SPCA of Westchester will have dozens of puppies and dogs available for adoption beginning this Saturday, according to Development Manager Lisa Bonanno-Spence.

The no-kill shelter, based out of Briarcliff Manor, recently participated in an effort to bring 60 puppies and dogs from high-kill shelters in Mississippi to the SPCA.
