'May Magic' event celebrated in Bronxville at Gramatan Village

Mary Taylor Beherens was the recipient of the J. Rockhill Gray Memorial Award last week with a gala held at Siwanoy Country Club .

 

A wonderful Sunday was enjoyed by all when on May 6, the served as the host for a festive event of wine, food and of course, magic provided by Magical Nights Entertainment.

The event itself was held to celebrate Mary Taylor Behrens as the third recipient of the J. Rockhill Gray Memorial Award and to honor her, magicians travelled through the crowd performing magic tricks followed by an interactive sit-down performance for guests which truly “wowed” the crowd of over 200 guests.

Labeled by as “One of Bronxville’s Best,” Behrens, who was joined by her husband, sister and mother and father, was presented with this prestigious award for her outstanding community service and devotion to this Westchester Village, that she has called home her entire life. 

Gramatan Village, a non-profit organization formed by a group of local residents, provides individuals and their families in the greater Bronxville area with information and access to services so that they may continue to live safely and confidently in the community they love.
