Heartwarming Thanksgiving Play Performed by St. Joseph School Students

The kindergarten and fourth grade students at Bronxville's St. Joseph School performed a heartwarming play last week about the First Thanksgiving.

The show was written by the fourth graders and acted out by their kindergarten "book buddies," and featured the journey of the Mayflower, the Pilgrims and the settlers' new Native American comrades.

Kindergarten teacher Annette Casarella directed the performance, which included the creation of costumes and music.
