Following the untimely death of Westchester County resident Gerald “Jerry” Pisano, at age 49, in April of this year, a memorial fund was established in his honor on GoFundMe, the online crowdfunding website.
That fund is still active today, and to date it has raised more than $3,000 toward a goal of $50,000.
The fund, created on April 11, was set up to honor the Scarsdale resident's "life’s dedication to his friends and family throughout his short life.”

The beneficiaries of the fund will be Jerry’s wife, Nicole, and his daughter, Julia.
More than 85 friends have liked the fund on Facebook, 68 of them have shared the above link, and a total of 16 people have donated money toward the fund.
