spouse Loss Support Group

Support groups have been shown to be one of the most effective ways to help someone adjust to a loss.  HPCW is starting a new Spouse-Loss support group on Thursday, May 1st from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.  This evening group will run for 9 weeks and include only those who have lost a spouse or life-partner. Sharing your experience with someone who is going through the same adjustment can be helpful and supportive. All of our support groups are facilitated by skilled clinicians with experience in bereavement.

  •  Bereavement services are offered regardless of race, religion or socio-economic status and are offered free of charge, although a donation is always appreciated. 
  • An intake interview is a prerequisite to participation in all groups.
