Appropriate for children 6 - 10, no mat required, children should come dressed in comfortable clothes, and prepared to have fun!
45 minute yoga class where children will learn basic yoga poses, play yoga games and learn a few simple meditation techniques. Class will be light-hearted and fun
Taught by Catherine McGibney, Certified Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Health Coach and most importantly, mother to Zoe, 9.
