Big East Baseball Heads Home For Championship Tournament In Brooklyn

The BIG EAST will bring its 2014 Baseball Championship, presented by New York Life, back to Brooklyn, for a highly anticipated return to MCU Park, home of the Brooklyn Cyclones, from May 22-25.  Located mere steps from Coney Island's famous boardwalk, MCU Park will host the Championships for the first time since 2007.  

Tickets to the competitive contests are on sale to the general public, available through the Website brooklyncyclones.com, at the MCU Box Office, or over the phone at 718-507-TIXX.  Tickets are available in all-day sessions (4PM and 7PM games), and cost $7 for children and $15 for adults.  An all-session pass that includes admission to all six games can be purchased for $45 adults and $21 for children.

Competing teams include New York City's own St. John's University, Seton Hall University and Creighton University.

Thursday, May 22
Doubleheader games at 4 PM and 7 PM EST

Friday, May 23
Doubleheader games at 4 PM and 7 PM EST

Saturday, May 24
Semifinal game at 3 PM EST

Sunday, May 24
Final Championship Game at 1 PM

All six games of the Big East Baseball Championship will have live coverage with the first five live streamed on www.bigeast.com.  The title game will be broadcast live on FOX Sports 1 (FSI).  The first round games of the BIG EAST Baseball Championship will be live streamed on www.bigeast.com
