“Ageless
Beauty” is Theme of Taghkanic Chorale’s Concert May 10 and 18



 



Join the Taghkanic Chorale,
led by acclaimed music director Steven Fox, professional soloists and string
ensemble for a memorable evening of classical music Saturday, May 10 in Mount Kisco
and Sunday, May 18 in Ossining.

The “Ageless Beauty” concert
features timeless selections by masters of the Romantic period, including Franz
Schubert’s Mass in G, Felix
Mendelssohn’s Jubilate Deo, Gaetano
Donizetti’s Ave Maria, Ludwig van
Beethoven’s Elegisher Gesang and Arvo
Part’s The Beatitudes.



Concert times are Saturday, May 10th at 8:00 pm at the
Presbyterian Church of Mount Kisco, 605 Millwood Rd. (Rt. 133) and Sunday, May
18th at 4:00 pm at Trinity Church Ossining, 7 South Highland Ave
(Rt. 9).  Audience members are invited to
join Chorale members, Mr. Fox and guest artists for a reception after the
concert.

Admission is $25 for adults, $22 for seniors and students, $12 for

The Taghkanic Chorale is a non-profit,
non-sectarian organization that rehearses Tuesday evenings and performs spring
and winter holiday concerts.  Singers and
audience members come from Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess counties and the
