Shaul Bassi, Ph.D., will give the sixth annual Frederick Schweitzer Lecture titled Italy and Kristallnacht in Smith Auditorium. A professor of English language and literature, Bassi’s research, teaching and publications are divided between Shakespeare, postcolonial theory and literature (India and Africa) and Jewish studies.
Hosted by Manhattan College’s Holocaust, Genocide and Interfaith Education (HGI) Center, this event is part of a series of educational, artistic and interfaith events.
