Sandy Scares Away Halloween in Bronxville-Eastchester

In what has been a Halloween without precedent in New York history due to Hurricane Sandy, people are attempting to seek out silver linings in any way, shape or form.

Patch user Kurt Beebe carved this pumpkin, inspired by the scary aftermath that Hurricane Sandy left on the region.
