Community Update

I found the owner of this Garage Dibona to be less than honest and rather a rip off artist that will take advantage of the customers in the village of Bronville and surrounding areas. I would never use this Garage to get any real work done or the most minor!! AND NETHER SHOULD YOU OR THE PEOPLE OF BRONXVILLE. I used them for a simple car inspection and knew from the start once i got there and talked to this Bone hEAd that it would not go smoothly. MR DiBonehead , first name Frank I believe, talks in the most condesending way to women. When I asked about the price of an oil change since I was leaving the car for inspection... He quotes $60.00!! ..When I tell him , no way not interested for that price he goes on to say that thats the price , everyone charges that and then gives me the break down, then proceeds to look at me like I am crazy when I said No and that I know for a fact it isnt the going rate, $30 and $35.00 is the going rates and of course can be higher or lower in other cases depending on the oil. But $60.00 is way over nflated and not everyone has the salary Bronxville residents have and this Garage sure takes advanttage of that!! Even a simple tire rotation..he charges $30.00... Or whatever comes to mind at that time depending on who he is speaking to, I am sure it goes up if you are driving a Mercedes..so No, I wasnt going to be ripped off by this DiBoneHead. When he called when the car is done doesnt speak to me but I was relayed the message that my car would have failed, he had changed a bulb and that cost an additional $20.00 He doesnt tell you before hand, he tells you after its done and thats the price. When I got there ..I asked him what he did. He tells me, changed the right rear bulb. I had blinker bulbs in my console and asked him is this what it needed?? He said Yes..The bulbs I had were 2 in a pack for less than $7.00. He used one bulb and adds $7.00 more . Ok I say to myself. He obviously wasnt going to inspect any car without extorting more money for his time and pass it on to the customer, so I am lucky that it was only $20,00 more. I say this because any other time my lights go out, my dashboard lights up and tells me, my light is out and where its located..This time it didnt??, Cause my lights were fine!!!! BUT he tells the other party I was with a male, that he had to change both rear lights, one blinker and one break light after just telling me , it was just one rear light. He was also annoyed because I questined that and the fact that he tells you it will fail and does the work on it before telling you of the added cost and for what so you have no other choice. Well I wished he hadnt. I would have been more than happy to fail inspectiom just not use this jerk. But he takes advantage of people and thinks he can charge for his time even if it fails , so better to just tell them its a bulb or the wipers are not good. He didnt rip me off there , I think he thoiught about it then decided against it, but ironically enough he shows me a ripped wiper. Funny how this upstanding and fair guy (which he is not) didnt fail me for that. but showed ne a ripped right wiper. Very noticible, and I had just used them before going to this Bonehaed and I didnt see that huge ripped right wiper!!. I know I would have cause I used them again, when I left and it was evident that he pulled on it to rip it because it was hanging and for whatever the reason didnt chage double for a wiper or wipers. So he did me a favor and charged me for a bulb I didnt need and I am sure wasnt even done, its probably my bulb from the start I OVER HAERD HIM SAY IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER HE HAD THAT HE HAD TO CHANGE HIS BULBS. ON MOST CARS TODAY YOU WILL KNOW AHEAD OF TIME WHEN YOUR BULBS GO OUT BY READING YOUR DASHBOARD!! GARAGES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WOMEN ALL THE TIME WITH THIS NIT PICKY STUFF, and shameful tactics SHAME ON THEM WHEN ITS NOT NEEDED!!. THEN AT POINT OF PAYMENT HE SAYS CASH ONLY BECAUSE ITS NY STATE LAW WHEN YOU GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED IT MUST BE CASH!! THIS FOOL THEN ARGUES WITH ME WHEN I TELL HIM, HES WRONG!! ITS NOT LIKE HES MY FIRST CAR INPECTION!! WHAT A JERK. THEN He SAYS OK THERE ARE A FEW OUT THERE, FEW AND FAR BETWEEN, BUT NOT A LICENSE NY INSPECTION SHOP. (MAY HE REST IN PEACE)

THIS GARAGE, THIS GUY, IS NOT ONE OF THE FEW, HE SHOULD NOT BE LICENSED TO NY TO INSPECT CARS: HE IS A DISGRACE TO THE ITALIAN AMERICAN RACE. SORRY I EVEN FELT OTHERWISE BEFORE I WENT THERE IN HOPES THAT I JUST WOULDNT BE RIPPED OFF. SO THERE mR dIBONA YOU WOULD BE RIGHT, I WAS DUMB, TO THINK YOU WOULDNT RIP ME OFF!! AT LEAST UNTIL I MET YOU!!
