This business employs many illegal aliens in the basement. The behind the scenes areas are filthy because they can find anyone willing to clean for 8.50 an hr part time.

When I say filthy, I mean slop sinks with decaying meet in it, dirty bowls.

If you think this place follows any kind of safety or sanitary guidelines YOU ARE SIMPLY UNAWARE OF THE TRUTH.

I answered a craigslist ad for maintenance worker and was asked to "try it out" I spent my time compacting boxes, while they kept reminding me that they have to filthy kitchens that need to be cleaned. The guy who was telling me what to do was a young undocumented guy who spoke no english. I happen to speak fluent Spanish and found out that they employ illegals with Social Security numbers that don't belong to them.
