The event includes flea market tables featuring a wide assortment of finds from neighbors who are clearing treasures from closets, folks who are making room for the new, some crafters, and usually a professional exhibitor or two. Tom Falconi, a popular local caterer and personal chef and resident of Garrett Park, will once again lead his grill team in offering hot dogs, burgers etc., at nominal prices. Entertainment, back by popular demand, will begin at noon. New this year will be Ready, Set, Sharp – professional knife sharpening,  at nominal prices, while you wait. Enjoy the festivities while your knives/scissors etc.  are revived – they will returned to you safely packaged for your trip home.

The event takes place on the portion of Parkview Ave that runs between Palmer Road and Pondfield Road West (Bronxville/Yonkers border). The entrances are from Palmer Road (directly opposite the southbound entrance to the Bronx River Parkway ) and from Pondfield Road West (the walkway by the doctors' offices and the Pondfield Cafe). Automobile traffic and parking will be suspended on Parkview from Garrett Place to Pondfield Road West in order to allow for safe browsing. Tables and chairs are set up so everyone can eat, relax and people watch in addition to exploring the treasures that line the street. It is a very fun day!
