Vacant Spaces: Village Vacuum in Bronxville

As vacate spaces surface, Patch is asking what the community would like to see open in Bronxville, Eastchester or Tuckahoe.

 

After 60 years serving the village of Bronxville, of this year and looked forward to the next chapter in his life as a village handyman.

Now that a few months have gone by, Patch wants to know what you would like to see in its place?

Being that is sits next door to and in a very high traffic area of Kraft Ave. in Bronxville, what business would do best in this location?

Going to find out if this particular property is specifically zoned for something or if any kind of business can simply move in. Personally, Bronxville could use another children's clothing store or maybe even something catering to babies or a maternity clothing store.

Like to see a brick oven pizza shop that makes pizza like Buratta in Eastchester. OR Greek food shop.
