My vote would be for another clothing store, just so that the location stays with a familiar product.

We've already got a big stationery store. We need a place that serves BREAKFAST! Or how about a good basic shoe shop -- classic styles, back to school, etc.

Hey Nancy, I was told by another business owner that AlexandrA's store property is zoned for specifically clothing and that a restaurant for instance would not even be legally possible.
