Starbucks at Thruway Rest Stop Closes for Renovations

Facilities being upgraded at 6 travel plazas

Starbucks’ food and beverage service will be temporarily suspended for renovations from Nov. 26 to 29 at the New York State Thruway Ardsley Travel Plaza on I-87 northbound, the Thruway Authority says.

All other food, beverage, restroom and fuel services will be uninterrupted.

The Ardsley Travel Plaza is located on I-87 northbound, between the Yonkers Toll Barrier and Exit 7 in Ardsley.

The renovation is part of the upgrade of six Starbucks facilities at Thruway travel plazas.

I have a lot of respect for STARBUCKS. They treat their employees well and they are a very charitable corporation. Food banks are filled with STARBUCKS products that are donated. I wish that more corporations would follow their lead. Jeff Meyer Tuckahoe, NY
